Buying a bundle on Pony Up is a one-off purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges. You pay once and the content is yours. This guide walks through the process from finding a bundle to accessing your episodes.

Create an account

Before you can buy a bundle, you'll need a Pony Up account. Head to Sign Up and create one using your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. It takes about 30 seconds.

If you already have an account, sign in first.

Find a bundle

There are a few ways to land on a bundle you want to buy:

Direct link — the most common route. A podcast creator will share their Pony Up storefront link in their show notes, in an episode, or on social media. That link takes you straight to their storefront where you can browse their bundles.

Browse the directory — visit /podcasts to see all podcasts on Pony Up. Click into any podcast to see their storefront and available bundles.

Bundle page — if someone shares a direct link to a specific bundle, you'll land on the bundle detail page showing the episode list, description, and price.

What you see before buying

Each bundle page shows you:

• The bundle title and description
• The full list of episodes included, with titles and durations
• The price
• The podcast it belongs to, with a link to the creator's storefront

This gives you a clear picture of what you're getting before you pay.

Making a purchase

Click the Buy Now button on the bundle page. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page where you enter your card details. Stripe handles the payment — Pony Up never sees or stores your card information.

Once payment is confirmed, you're redirected back to Pony Up and the bundle is immediately available in your account. The whole process takes under a minute.

Accessing your purchased content

After buying, you can access your episodes in two ways:

Listen on Pony Up — go back to the bundle page and you'll see a play button on each episode. You can listen directly in your browser with the built-in player, which remembers your playback position across sessions.

Listen in your podcast app — this is the recommended way to listen. After purchase, you'll see options to add the bundle to your preferred podcast app via a private RSS feed. See Listening in Your Podcast App for a full walkthrough.

Viewing your purchases

All your purchased bundles are available from the home page when you're signed in. You can return to any bundle at any time to listen again or grab the RSS feed link for your podcast app.

Payments and receipts

Your payment is processed by Stripe. A receipt is sent to the email address on your Stripe checkout. If you need a copy, check your email for a message from Stripe.

There are no hidden fees — the price shown on the bundle page is exactly what you pay. No surcharges, no tax added at checkout.

Refunds

If you have an issue with a purchase, contact the podcast creator directly via the links on their storefront page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
